For the first time in NBA All-Star game history, the teams would be selected by way of a draft between two captains that were voted on by the fans.
LeBron James and Stephen Curry were the players voted to be the captains and on Thursday, they picked their teams from the players that would be participating in the game.
Thursday night, the teams were revealed and the results were fascinating to say the least.
For starters, Kyrie Irving and LeBron reunite alongside Russell Westbrook and Kevin Durant. DeMar DeRozan and Kyle Lowry are also together on Team Curry, and Steph selected his other two Golden State teammates.
All in all, it seems like the draft was a success and the basketball world reacted to the results once the teams were revealed.
