We’re now within a month of the first night of the NHL regular season, and teams are starting to get together in preparation for hockey.
On Wednesday, the Leafs held an informal scrimmage, and guess who came by to pot three goals past his buddy Frederik Andersen? Auston Matthews, with that can’t-miss stache in tow.
We’re very much looking forward to seeing how Stache Auston fares on the ice. Early returns are promising. See, the aerodynamics of the mustache actually gives him a little extra boost in speed. He’s flying around out there!
It remains to be seen if the Leafs locker room can recover from the summer in hair chirps.
