We can all agree that naps are pretty elite.

Although, there’s nothing worse than snoozing off for a bit and waking up more confused than ever. There’s a solid 30 seconds when you question everything about what happened while you were sleeping.

Anthony Mantha had the absolute worst case scenario of this on Monday. Mantha decided to go for a pre game name before the Red Wings game against the Carolina Hurricanes but woke up to him being traded instead. The Washington Capitals picked up the Canadian in a blockbuster deal on Monday before the NHL’s trade deadline.

Imagine you go to sleep with your life one way and you wake up to it changing completely. Red Wings captain, Dylan Larkin, took a pre-game nap as well and unfortunately woke up to the sad news that his teammate and friend was leaving.

Good luck in Washington, Anthony!
