Alex Galchenyuk reveals where he was and how he found out about trade to Arizona

When trades occur during the offseason, chances are the players involved in the deals find out about them in unique ways.

On Friday, for example, Alex Galchenyuk was traded to Arizona for Max Domi and on Saturday, he spoke to the media about how he found out that he was on the move to the desert.

Nothing like connecting to Twitter while on a plane and finding out you've been traded.  It's not the craziest trade story we've heard in recent years, but it's still pretty unique.

Just imagine Marc Bergevin and company trying to call Galchenyuk and tell him he's been traded, but not knowing he's on a plane flying to a different continent.

Galchenyuk also said once he found about the trade and saw what his new GM had to say about him, he was excited.
