March Madness is the crème of the crop when it comes to NCAA basketball. It is the college tournament that all basketball players dream of playing in, and when the lights turn on – stars are born.
One of those stars would certainly be Ja Morant, who projects to be a future NBA lottery pick. While his play in big games will certainly help him become a desired building block for a team, it also helps that he seems to be a genuinely good person, as showcased by this classy move on Saturday.
After being eliminated from March Madness, Morant took the time to go back into the court and ensure that a young fan was the receiver of his game shoes. He then took a little more time out of his heartbreaking evening to make sure that the fan had a picture with him
A very classy gesture from Morant. It likely means a lot to the kid right now, but it could be even more if Morant blossoms into a true NBA talent. Only time will tell for that one.
