Heading into Week 5 of the NFL season, we all knew Aaron Jones had an opportunity to have a big day. The only other Green Bay Packer he was competing with, Jamaal Williams, went down with a scary injury and was unavailable for the Packers’ clash with the Dallas Cowboys.
What we didn’t know is just HOW big of a day Jones was in for.
Jones turned 19 attempts into 107 yards on the ground with four (!!!!!) touchdowns. Not known for his pass catching, he also caught 7 of his 8 targets for 75 yards.
Needless to say, he was feeling pretty good. Making it look easy, Jones even had the time and space to wave goodbye to ‘Boys defender Byron Jones as he turned the corner for a touchdown.
