This playoff run just keeps getting more and more Canadian for Raptors fans. We’ve seen full-out maple syrup chugs, incredible chants of the national anthem, and now, we’ve finally come across an apology.

Okay, so the whole booing Kevin Durant after he tore his Achillies thing wasn’t a good luck for Canadians, but a fan attempted to make up for it by saying sorry on behalf of the whole country. On top of sending a card, he made sure to include a nice bouquet of flowers for the 30-year-old. Not sure if that’s necessarily what he needs right now but hey, it’s the thought that counts.

This #Raptors fan is as #Canadian as it gets 🙏🌺🇨🇦

The gesture received nothing but love from fans who came across it on Twitter:

Let’s just hope that Warriors players took notice. Steph, Boogie, and Draymond all expressed their disappointment with the fan base after their star’s season came to an abrupt end.

Leave to at least one Canadian to find a way to make headlines for apologizing.
