Shane McMahon will be 50-years-old in a couple of years and he’s still leaping off 50-foot metal cages like it’s nothing.

On Sunday night, McMahon went toe-to-toe with Kevin Owens in a Hell in a Cell match in Detroit. With it being McMahon’s first pay-per-view main event in over 16 years, he wanted to prove he still has what it takes and knows how to put on a show.

During the match, McMahon attempted to take out Owens by jumping from the top of the cage. However, at the very last second, Owens was removed from the table by Sami Zayn.

The SmackDown LIVE Commissioner was pinned by Owens shortly after he fell through the table and was then taken to a nearby hospital in Detroit.

Prior to the match, Owens tweeted out that McMahon would be leaving Detroit as a broken human being.

Owens might have predicted the future as McMahon is currently dealing with multiple injuries, including neck trauma, fractured ribs and a dislocated shoulder, according to WWE.com.

“SmackDown LIVE Commissioner Shane McMahon has been taken to a local medical facility after leaping from the top of Hell in a Cell and crashing through an announce table during his brutal Falls Count Anywhere Hell in a Cell Match against Kevin Owens.

A preliminary report has determined that Shane may be dealing with multiple injuries, including neck trauma, fractured ribs and a dislocated shoulder.

While nothing has been confirmed at this time, WWE.com will continue to monitor Shane’s condition.”

Although most of wrestling isn’t real, some of the stunts they pull off are very real and take a lot of skill, athleticism and guts.
