It might be his last NBA season, but Vince Carter showing so far his tank is far from empty.
Although it's just pre-season, the former Toronto Raptors superstar was on fire in the first half of the Atlanta Hawks and New York Knicks game from MSG on Wednesday night.
Before the game started, the man they once called air Canada was hanging around with Toronto native R.J. Barrett, who grew up watching Carter star in the NBA.
In the final five minute s of the first half, Carter started finding his rhythm from behind the arc, draining four 3-pointers in just five minutes.
He also drained 14 of the team's final 16 points in the half -- not bad for an elder statesmen. Yes, it wasn't a regular season, but you have to hand it to Vince for dominating in what was a young man's game.

Carter is about to enter his 22nd season in the NBA and would have to play until he was 46 to become the oldest player lace 'em up in the NBA (Nate Hickey was 45 years and 363 days young when he played one game in the 1947-48 season. Carter is currently is the oldest player currently playing.
