Fans are likely to recall 19 year old Kylian Mbappe from his performance at this summer's FIFA World Cup. Winning the World Cup title with France as well as being named the tournament’s best young player isn’t a bad way for Mbappe to introduce himself to the world at large.
Now starring for Ligue 1 club Paris Saint-Germain, Mbappe has pulled off another incredible feat that you would be unlikely to see from any player, much less a teenager. Against Lyon, he scored four goals in just a 13-minute span.
Mbappe is now tied with his PSG teammate Neymar for the most goals in Ligue 1, so that’s not bad company at all for the young superstar.
Following his performance in this year’s World Cup, soccer fans can safely expect Mbappe to be one of soccer’s most prominent stars for many, many years to come.
