Earlier this month, Toronto Maple Leafs star Auston Matthews put a smile on a lot of faces as he surprised patients at the Hospital for Sick Children with a virtual Q&A.

On Thursday, Matthews was at it again as he made another virtual visit to the patients at SickKids, this time wearing his best ugly Christmas sweater, and he didn’t make the visit alone.

Matthews was joined by Ryan Reynolds, who was also rocking an ugly Christmas sweater, and they took questions from the patients while discussing things like hockey, Deadpool, and which Pokémon they would be.

@vancityreynolds & @austonmatthews surprised SickKids patients this afternoon with a virtual visit! The dynamic duo answered calls from patients @sickkidstoronto in matching ugly Christmas sweaters (these sweaters helped raise over $300K for SickKids in January!) and shared a laugh over their quarantine facial hair. There was even a surprise appearance from @blakelively. *Swoon* 💙🙌 Thank you Blake, Ryan and Auston for a special afternoon, and in the words of SickKids patient Tanika “thank you for calling and being with us in this hard time.”
