The offseason is a good time for athletes to spend some quality time with their friends and family and to do whatever they want before they go back into full-time training and game mode.

For quarterback Trevor Harris, this offseason was different than previous ones as he found himself searching for a new home for the 2019 CFL season. But now that that’s all been taken care of, the Edmonton Eskimos’ new quarterback is putting in time with his family and it’s not the type of family time you’d expect.

Harris’ mother happens to be a dance teacher back home in Ohio, so the 32-year-old decided to take in one of her classes and put his dancing skills on display while working on his footwork and ankle mobility at the same time.

Looking good in 💚💛. #OneEmpire
