Tom Brady has spent most of his career as the NFL’s version of Darth Vader. Leading the New England Patriots to six Super Bowl titles, Brady’s legacy is undeniable despite the Pats being a team lots of NFL fans love to hate.
In 2020, Brady entered into unchartered waters… in a pirate ship.
Brady joined the Tampa Bay Buccaneers after deciding to part ways with the Pats. It turned out to be a great decision for TB12, as the Bucs promptly went on to win a Super Bowl to cap off Brady’s first year with the team.
The Championship parade was like none we’ve seen before. Brady – who may have had a few too many soda pops if ya know what I mean – was the star of the show. The pinnacle moment of the whole parade was watching a sauced up Tom Brady toss the Lombardi Trophy from one boat to another, where tight end Cameron Brate luckily managed to haul it in without any damage being done.
Brady recently joined UNINTERRUPTED show “The Shop” where he discussed the now-famous ‘Trophy Toss.”
It’s one of those moments that COULD have gone very, very badly, but everyone just counts their blessings that it didn’t. Perhaps no one, other than Brady himself, was more relieved at a successful completion than Brate.
Suddenly assigned catching duties as one of football’s most prized possessions came hurling at him is no simple task, and he discussed the experience with Andrew Siciliano.
