Rajai Davis is responsible for one of the most exciting home runs in post season history when he hit a game-tying jack for the Cleveland Indians in Game 7 of the World Series against the Chicago Cubs (Video below). He’s also responsible for one of the more thrilling defensive plays to ever come in the Rogers Centre when he climbed the wall to rob a home run (Once again, see below). Now he is responsible for one of the more peculiar moments of the 2018 season.
You never quite know how to react after getting struck by a major league pitch. It’s one of those ‘stub your toe’ moments when you aren’t quite sure how hurt you really are, that’s what made this impromptu cartwheel from Rajai Davis all the more surprising.
