Tim Tebow is still in the midst of pursuing his baseball after his football dreams came to a close (for now). It’s impressive that he’s able to make waves in two major North American sports, but many believe he’s capped out his baseball dream with his stint on the Triple-A club Syracuse Mets.
Well, he hit his first dinger with the club with a right field bomb. When he get back to the dugout, he got the silent treatment (as is tradition for a first homer with a new team). His reaction was pretty good.
At first he seems to go along with a joke, and then he just starts going about his business as though to say “Oh, I guess we aren’t celebrating”.
Then the boys gave him some hype. As you’d expect, fans started demanding for a call up as a result.
