We can’t all be NHLers, but that doesn’t mean you can’t have a Stanley Cup to call your own... if you put your mind to it.

A year of hard work (a year!!) paid off for Dylan Nowak, who took to Twitter with a homemade replica of Lord Stanley’s Mug. It looks like it was built from assembled snack tins, and the details are absolutely incredible, with the names from each championship team inscribed on the Cup's rings just like the real deal.

These ones are pretty good too, although we don’t think there’s any need for Dylan to be humble about his own Cup.

According to his Twitter feed, Dylan may release a video soon explaining the specifics of his process, so keep an eye out for that if you have any interest in starting up a similar project. (Seems like there’s no shortage of free time these days anyway...)

The pay-off definitely seems worth it!
