The Seattle Kraken haven’t even played an NHL game yet, but it’s clear they’re making their mark on the city. From Space Needle flags to fan tattoos, Seattle can’t seem to show their love for the newly minted team enough.
The latest installment of Kraken pride came courtesy of the Seattle Aquarium. With the facility receiving a new octopus this week, it seemed like their was an obvious choice for what to name it.
If Seattle’s expansion pride can even come close to the amount of expansion pride the Vegas Golden Knights injected into the league, there’s going to be a lot of energy coming from the west coast.
