The city of brotherly love is experiencing one of the worst losing streaks in all of professional sports right now.

The Philadelphia Flyers were shut out 3-0 at home on Saturday afternoon by Tuuka Rask and the Boston Bruins.

The loss marked the 10thh straight game the Flyers took an L, and matched their longest losing streak since the 2007-2008 season. They’re  now just two losses away from matching the franchise’s all-time 12-game winless streak.

As you could imagine, things are getting pretty testy in Philly, with media starting to question the club and fans are starting to turn on the team’s brass.

Fans in Philly generally always be quick to criticize the team, and even some of the players are starting to let their frustrations be known.

TSN Senior Hockey Reporter Frank Seravalli caught up with forward Jakub Voracek following the loss to the Bruins, and the Flyers right winger was pretty blunt when asked about how the team is playing right now.

Defenceman Shayne Gostisbehere, who’s enjoyed a nice season with 3 goals, 16 assists in 22 games, was asked following how to describe the loosing skid. Warning, the following language is NSFW.

 Yikes.

Over the Flyers last 76 games, the team has managed just 28 wins, leaving many to speculate that Dave Hakstol, who’s coaching in his third season with the club, may be on the hot seat if the Flyers can’t turn things around. With an 8-11-7 record, Philadelphia sits third last in the Eastern Conference, and will need to turn things around quickly if they hope to have any postseason aspirations.
