Going to miss this team. Loved going to the games and it was the first hockey game my son had been to. He loved it, the players and staff there always treated us well. We sat beside the Beast bench and my son was always entertained by one of the goalies that sat beside us.

This is such sad news.

I adore hockey. And the "grassroots" (is there a hockey equivalent?) clubs that are the heart of communities are such an intrinsic part of what makes hockey the amazing sport it is.

This is sad news. Our son Jordan was fortunate to play the last 5 years with the Beast, while he was able to live at home with his wife and sons. A great loss to the ECHL and to many players.

This is really disappointing news. I attended 2 or 3 games a season (particularly the games against the Growlers in recent years). It was always entertaining hockey and fun to watch!
