Nothing gets hockey fans excited like a good retro jersey.
Sometimes they’re so bad that they’re good, and sometimes they’re just straight up beautiful. More and more teams have been opting for a more vintage look lately, and while rumours swirled that this would be the case for the Calgary Flames, we weren’t positive that they were going to commit to their vintage look full time.
Today, they did just that.
The Flames teased that they had some exciting news last night, and fans were on the edge of their seats waiting for the anticipated announcement.

Full retro fan gear is now available for purchase, and we imagine Flames fans will be buying in bulk to prepare for next season. We don’t blame ‘em at all, cause these look absolutely gorgeous. Vintage is definitely the way to go, and we imagine we’ll see a lot of teams going this way.
