The New England Patriots were seven seconds away from tying the NFL record for most consecutive seasons with 10 or more wins, but then the Miami Dolphins stepped up and shocked everyone.
Down to their final play of the game and quite possibly their season on the line, the Dolphins put together one of the most miraculous plays to not only get into the end zone, but to steal the victory from the Patriots with no time left on the clock.
Ryan Tannehill got the play started by hitting Kenny Stills with a pass at midfield. From there the Dolphins receiver lateraled the ball to DeVante Parker, who made a quick toss over to Kenyan Drake. Rather than try for one more backwards pass, the Dolphins running back took the ball all the way to the house to give the Dolphins the incredible win.
Weβve seen some incredible comeback victories and last-second victories, but this one is easily already up near the top of the list.
