There's nothing quite like a walk-off win in baseball.

It's the equivalent of game-winning buzzer beater in basketball or a last-second goal in hockey, but the walk-off win may be more exciting because it can happen in a variety of ways.

Obviously there's the extremely popular walk-off home run that always makes the fans happy.

Then there's the very rare walk-off strikeout that happened last night in Anaheim.

In the bottom of the ninth with one out and a runner on second, Dodgers reliever Pedro Báez got Cameron Maybin to strike out swinging.

Unfortunately for Báez, Yasmani Grandal dropped the ball, triggering a series of ugly, yet incredible events.

Maybin didn't display an effort running to first, but because Grandal airmailed it, he was safe at first, but more importantly Revere scored from second to give the Angels the win.

The walk-off win was a lot of things, one of them being rare, as it was the first time since 2010 a team won on a walk-off strikeout since 2010.
