Team Canada might change their goal song and they want your help

Team Canada is preparing for their third game of the preliminary round of the 2018 World Junior Championship as they’ll take on Team USA in the first ever outdoor game at an IIHF tournament on Friday afternoon.

As the team heads into their final game of the preliminary round there are two storylines surrounding the team; will they be able to get over their injuries on the blue line and should they change their goal song for the rest of the tournament.

On Thursday morning, the Hockey Canada World Juniors Twitter account started an online poll asking fans about the goal song and you can probably guess which option they went with.

‘Go back to We Dem Boyz’ jumped out to a quick start and pretty much led the way the entire time.

The team’s current goal song is ‘Hey Baby’ and fans are not happy with it one bit as more people ended up voting for ‘Something new!’ way more than they voted for their current song.
