Rams safety Taylor Rapp is a physical specimen and he isn't using the pandemic as an excuse to kick his feet up, adding to the impressive year he had last season.

On Monday, Rapp participated in a highly intense 10K calorie challenge in which you burn 10,000 calories in one day.

But HOW?! He broke it down for us.

With gyms being closed down due to COVID-19, people truly are finding different ways to stay in shape. Although, this seems like something that should only be attempted by a professional athlete and done carefully!
