All eyes are on Kawhi Leonard right now as basketball fans across North America are eagerly waiting to see where the two-time NBA champion is going to be playing next season.
Like we’ve been hearing for the past few weeks, it’s down to the Los Angeles Lakers, Los Angeles Clippers and the Toronto Raptors. On Tuesday, Stephen A. Smith went on quite the rant and said that if Kawhi Leonard decides to choose the Lakers then fans have a case to stop watching the NBA next season.
We’ve seen some pretty crazy superteams in recent years from the Boston Celtics to the Brooklyn Nets to the Golden State Warriors, but if Kawhi Leonard does decide to choose the Lakers then the trio of Kawhi, LeBron James and Anthony Davis might just be the greatest Big 3 out of all those teams.
Earlier in the day, Stephen A. Smith also went on a rant saying he doesn’t want the NBA champion to be in Canada again, so does that mean he’s hoping for Kawhi to sign with the Clippers?
We’ll just have to wait and see where Kawhi ends up.
