Ronald Acuna Jr. is already one of the best players in Major League Baseball at the age of 22 and he’s been one of the brightest young stars in the game since his first day in the big leagues.

In the bottom of the first inning of Friday night’s game between the Atlanta Braves and the Boston Red Sox, the 2018 NL Rookie of the Year got his team on the board quick and early with a massive home run.

Not only did the Braves outfielder smash the ball nearly 500 feet in his first at-bat of the night, but he celebrates the moonshot with a fantastic bat flip.

According to MLB.com, Acuna already holds the Braves’ record for longest home run at 473 feet, which happened last month, so there’s a chance we’ll see him crack 500 feet on a dinger in the near future.
