A shoe deal is what every basketball player dreams of growing up and if you make it to the NBA, that dream can become a reality.  This past draft, Canadian RJ Barrett realized his dream of making it to the league when he was selected by the Knicks.

Wednesday, another dream came to fruition as the 19-year-old reportedly signed a shoe deal with PUMA.

PUMA isn't the first brand name you probably think of in relation to basketball shoes, but they've got a solid roster of talented players that includes DeAndre Ayton, Vince Carter, DeMarcus Cousins, Marvin Bagley, Skylar Diggins-Smith, Danny Green, Rudy Gay, Katie Lou Samuelson, and Barrett's teammate Kevin Knox.

Here's to hoping RJ can have the same level of success as the young players on the PUMA roster that are already in the league and help take the brand to new heights over the course of his career.
