Hockey franchises across North America are always coming up with creative ways to alter their everyday uniforms for special theme nights during the season.
Later this season, the Western Hockey League’s Prince Albert Raiders will host their annual Fan Appreciation Night when they take on the Saskatoon Blades on March 16, and the fans will have the final say in the Raiders’ game day uniforms.
A couple of months ago, the team asked fans to get creative and submit their best ideas for a new specialty jersey for the special night. While we’re still a few months away from the actual Fan Appreciation Night, the team has narrowed the selection down to the final four choices and has opened up the voting polls to fans.
The final four designs are all entirely different, but each offer something special in their own way.
