If you follow P.K. Subban on social media you saw how amazing his summer vacation looked.

From a trip to Europe to hosting his own hockey camp in Toronto and foundation gala in Montreal, the Nashville Predators defenceman was very busy during the offseason. However, while it seemed like he didn’t have much downtime, the 2013 James Norris Memorial Trophy winner managed to get in plenty of workouts to prepare for the upcoming season and now he’s really turning it up a notch.

The 29-year-old has shared a lot of workout videos over the past couple of months but this might be the most impressive one to date. Some players look like they’re starting to take a step back in their overall game by the time they hit 30, but Subban looks like he’s only getting better with each passing season.

After totaling 10 goals and 30 assists for 40 points in 66 games in his first season in Nashville, a lot of people thought his offensive production was about to take a step back in his new home. Instead, he came back the following year with a career-high in goals (16) and added 43 assists for 59 points in 82 games, the second highest point total of his career.
