On July 1st, Canada is celebrating it's 150th birthday, and the Toronto Blue Jays will celebrate by facing the Boston Red Sox in Toronto.
It's fitting the Blue Jays are playing on Canada's birthday, as they're Canada's team, and they've captivated this country like no other sports team has over the past few years.
We imagine Canadians will be celebrating the occasion in a variety of unique ways, but nobody will be celebrating Canada's birthday in a more unique way than Kevin Pillar.
The Blue Jays' human highlight reel in the outfield teamed up with Sport Chek to blow out a candle for Canada by throwing a baseball at it from the outfield.
That accuracy is something to marvel at, and while many fans appreciate Pillar for the incredible catches he makes, his arm is clearly just as talented.
We can't wait for the big Canada Day game in Toronto. It will surely be a packed house at the Rogers Centre July 1st, and Pillar and the Jays will look to bring home a W for their fans.
