Most athletes dream of having a legal name that can be easily turned into a nickname that doesn't sound forced, but most athletes aren't as lucky as Columbus Blue Jackets forward Artemi Panarin. Ahem, or should we say...Panarin Bread.
Monday night Panarin turned to his fans on Twitter to help him come up with a personal logo. Everyone's got a logo nowadays, so it only makes sense that the Blue Jackets star has one too. But as for what the logo should look like, well, we don't know, and neither did Panarin. Up until he asked his followers on Twitter to come up with a logo design.
It seems quite clear that whatever logo design that Panarin settles on, it better have something to do with a loaf of bread. Which he clearly expected, as he included the sliced bread emoji in his original tweet.
A piece of bread may not seem like the ideal concept to go with for a "cool" logo, but it's clearly the right choice. We look forward to seeing Blue Jackets fans wearing bread related clothing in the near future when Panarin ultimately makes his final decision.
