The Orlando Magic are switching things up this season.
On Tuesday, the Magic revealed their brand new City Edition uniforms and for the first time in franchise history they’re going to wear orange instead of blue.
While teasing the jerseys ahead of the official release, the Magic tweeted that the bright colours represent sunny days and citrus, which Florida is well known for, and the new threads seem to be an absolute hit among the Magic fans.
On the team’s website, they mention that the jersey is a modern blend of the region’s roots in orange and team’s classic look, which includes the pinstripes and stars.
It’s hard to win over fans with new threads right off the bat, especially when there’s a colour or logo change involved, but these new Magic jerseys seem to be a hit in Orlando.
