Over the past couple decades, one song that has really worked itโs way into the hearts of hockey fans everywhere is the classic โI Want to Drive the Zamboniโ.
With lots of Canadians growing up hockey fans, and many of them playing hockey themselves, lots of people country-wide know that driving the Zamboni is a laid-back, relaxing job, while something about laying a fresh sheet of ice is incredibly satisfying.
Since the ice resurfacers began to be romanticized about we have seen them in a number of different situations.
The videos donโt lie, the Zamboni is definitely every hockey fans favourite vehicle, and this latest clip just added a whole other level to Zamboni love โ manโs best friend.
This is probably the cutest dog-in-sports moment since the official retirement of Dubs' the husky.
or maybe since this particularly entertaining weiner dog race...
Or maybe since there was literally a puppy bowl...
Okay last one...
If every Zamboni came with a friendly dog on top, a lot more people would quit singing about how they want to drive the Zamboni and begin actually starting to pursue a career as a Zamboni driver.
