There is a lot of uncertainty on the Toronto Raptors as the 2018-19 season approaches, but for a lot of fans, the only answer they needed was the one they saw in the Raps third (official) preseason game.
The Raptors were facing off against the Brooklyn Nets in Montreal and it just happened to be OG Anunoby’s first time suiting up in the preseason. That also meant that it was the first time he would be playing with Kawhi Leonard, the man that he has often been compared to (by hopeful fans) since entering the league.
In their first game together, they were able to combine for a beautiful play.
Watching Kawhi give a no-look pass to OG who promptly threw down a reverse jam, Raptors fans are giddy. This has them hopeful for the Raptors this season and for the future of Kawhi in Toronto and they made sure to share that optimism on Twitter.
