One of the more memorable moments from Canada's gold medal run at the 2010 winter Olympics in Vancouver was when Shea Weber scored by blasting the puck through the net.
It's rare to see someone shoot the puck through the net for a goal, but when it happens, it's always a spectacle and luckily for hockey fans, it happened during a game between Notre Dame and Denver.
22-year-old defenseman Jordan Gross is in his 4th season at Notre Dame and he's no stranger to being on the scoresheet.
Last season, Gross had 32 points in 40 games with a career high 10 goals. His goal against Denver, though, wasn't enough to help his team get the win as they lost 4-2 to DU.
