Mark Scheifele is one of the better hockey players in the NHL. He would likely rank in the Top 20 in multiple skill categories, but there’s one non-skill category he definitely ranks and tippy, tippy top.

Scheifele is perhaps the least controversial guy in the NHL, particularly in terms of how he conducts himself verbally.

Scheifele is known for not even swearing while he’s out on the ice (or anytime, for that matter). While it could be seen as #55 being overly polite, he’s been known to get into a little war or words from time to time!!

…it’s just a little different for Scheifele.

UNINTERRUPTED Canada caught up with the Winnipeg Jets star to discuss his unique brand of chirping. In promotion with Mott's Clamato Caesar, Scheifele described the most “spicy” scenarios he had created on the ice.

Real spicy, Mark.

Leave it to Scheifele to turn stories about chirping other people a wholesome explanation. Can we just acknowledge how he actually got a penalty for telling a ref he sucked?
