Tonight is a special night for two Canucks legends Daniel and Henrik Sedin as they retire their numbers and watch their jerseys hoisted into the rafters at Rogers Arena.
The two brothers were drafted together and played their entire careers together making history.
There were tons of family, fans and guest appearances by Roberto Luongo, Alex Burrows, Ryan Kesler, Kevin Bieksa, and Mike Gillis.
The pre-game ceremony was held before Wednesday nights game against the Chicago Blackhawks and who better to have a speech other than Kevin Bieksa who always seemed to love taking little jabs at the twins, all in good fun of course.
Then,
and now,
While former and current teammates celebrate the career of the Sedin brothers, fans are honestly quite sad but very grateful and had the most positive things to say about the Sedin brothers.
Not a dry eye in the house it seems. These guys are already missed.

Kevin Bieksa kind of roasted the Sedin brothers during their jersey retirement ceremony
