Patrick Kane, Patrick Laine and William Nylander are all capable of creating magic with a hockey stick in their hands, but apparently their puck sorcery doesn't even require a stick. Friday, Bauer released a new promo video featuring the trio, likening the feeling of their Vapor 1X Lite stick to Ned Flanders' ski suit. As in it feels like nothing at all, nothing at all, nothing at all!
This style of green screen special effect has always worked nicely to sports videos. Back in 2003, the team at Girl Skateboards used a similar technique to create a scene with invisible boards.
As cool as invisible stuff is...we hope the stick doesn't ship with nothing at all, otherwise that would be one pricey box.
