Take a bow Jon Cooper, you’re finally a Stanley Cup champ!
On Monday night, the 53-year-old captured his first ring after the Lightning defeated the Stars in Game 6 of the Finals and to say the head coach was fired up after the win is an understatement. Cooper was jumping up and down with his teammates on the ice, smiling ear-to-ear, and most importantly, enjoying the win with his co-workers. The Bolts bench boss fielded questions after the win but REFUSED to reach the podium without his staff. What an absolute beauty.
As for what he said on the podium? Well, he did not disappoint.
And who knew the guy had such a wild laugh….
Weird.
