Atlanta Hawks fans haven’t had much to cheer about this season.

Through the team’s first 28 games of the season, the Hawks find themselves in dead last in the NBA with a 6-22 record for a .214 win percentage. On Thursday night the team dropped their third straight game with a 105-91 loss to the Detroit Pistons at home, but one fan went home went home with a smile on his face.

A Hawks fan by the name of Norman got a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to take home $10,000 and all he had to do was sink a half-court shot. Well, you can probably happen what happened next.

It wasn’t an ordinary shot, but it doesn’t matter because it looks like Norman is going to be able to spread a lot of smiles this Christmas after sinking that half-court shot.
