Rob Gronkowski may not be in pads on Sundays anymore, but he’s still finding ways to make noise in the football world.
Fresh off of retirement, the 30-year-old is now working as an analyst for FOX NFL Sunday and he’s quickly making a name for himself in the industry. So far he’s made some ‘interesting’ player comparisons from his old team, and this time he was asked to comment on his former coach Bill Belichick. Knowing there’ll be no repercussions now that he’s retired, Gronk elected not too hold back…
Listen, this definitely is not the first time Belichick has been compared to the Grinch but come on Gronk! The dude helped you win three Super Bowls for crying out loud!
Honestly, these comparisons are starting to get a little out of hand (but have been totally amazing). As the fellas said, he broke down Julian Edelman ahead of the Pats’ dismantling of the Giants on Thursday Night Football a few weeks ago. The Grinch was great and all but we think ‘The Squirrel’ takes the cake.
