Gonzaga and West Virginia went back and forth all night long in their Sweet 16 game on Thursday night. The two teams went into halftime tied at 30 apiece, and were pretty much even the rest of the way.

With just under a minute left to play, Gonzaga’s Jordan Mathews hit a go-ahead 3-pointer that ended up helping his team seal the victory.

NCAA: (4) West Virginia 58, (1) Gonzaga 61

Mathews looked calm and locked in as he drained the big shot on a massive stage with ease. It’s probably because he’s been in the spotlight before.

When Mathews was just 3-years-old he made a special guest appearance on ‘Teletubbies’, where he got to show off his basketball skills.

He didn’t have much luck hitting the shot on his own during the segment, but all that practice came in handy on Thursday night for him as he hit the biggest shot of his career to help his team advance to the Elite 8.
