The Washington Capitals started their 2018-19 campaign unlike any other season in the franchise’s history as they opened up the year as the defending Stanley Cup champions. With that title comes the ceremonial banner raising at the home opener, as well as the players who made it all happen receiving a Stanley Cup champions ring.
Since this was the very first time the Capitals had a Stanley Cup ring made in their honour they wanted to make sure to make it was absolutely perfect.
