We love a good feel-good story, and this one will get you straight in the heart.
Newly drafted running back Josh Jacobs tells us his path to the 2019 NFL Draft was no easy feat. The running back lived with his father, Marty, who was struggling to make ends meet.
In an NFL Network documentary, Jacobs spoke openly about being homeless at times, living day-to-day, bouncing around from motel to motel, and often spending nights sleeping in a car with his father and siblings. Marty Jacobs rarely slept to ensure the safety of his five children, while simultaneously working to support them.
Now a star in the National Football League, Josh was able to give back to the selfless sacrifices of his father.
Josh Jacobs recently posted to Twitter that he bought his dad a house.
He also posted photos and videos on his Instagram story. He thanks his father who was nearly in tears, and gives us a sneak peak at the house:

I'm not crying, you're crying! And so is the Twitter-verse with tons of deserved support.
And the list goes on and on and on and on and on. It's amazing to see so much deserved respect for Josh, his father, and his family.
