The hockey world is gearing up for the release for the upcoming Star Wars: The Last Jedi, and promotional nights around the movie are continuing to pop up.

Earlier on Wednesday, the Pittsburgh Penguins announced that they’ll be honouring the newest Star Wars movie with their own promo night.

Of course, Phil Kessel was the centerpiece in the promotional video.

Last week, the Tampa Bay Lightning released a special poster revolving around the upcoming night.

Now, the Florida Panthers have announced they’ll be bringing in The Force to the BB&T Center on Friday, December 1st against the Sharks.

The team released a special poster highlighting the upcoming event, and it’s one of the best we’ve seen yet.

Here's the original.

The bottom part of the Panthers' poster is so, so cool.

The Sharks, by the way, will be playing the Lightning the following night when Tampa holds their Star Wars night. Brent Burns will take part in two games honouring the movies. That’s a pretty big coincidence for the Chewbacca lookalike, isn't it?

The first 1,500 Florida fans that purchase an exclusive ticket package will receive a special Star Wars Night jersey, and a photo opportunity.

Florida sits second last in the Atlantic with a 10-12-2 record and 22 points on the season.
