Skip Bayless certainly isn’t afraid to ruffle a few feathers. He routinely makes bold statements, sometimes interpreted as overreactions, and he’ll call out just about anyone – even his favourite players.
After Ezekiel Elliott’s disappointing performance against the Minnesota Vikings, we got a full dose of just that. Skip – a notable Zeke fan – posted a video entering a kitchen, opening the garbage, revealing an Elliott jersey, and proceeding to emphatically toss the jersey right into the trash.
Pretty classic Skip Bayless, and he even acknowledges it as “probably an overreaction”, but it didn’t sit very well with one very important and not-to-be-reckoned-with person – Zeke’s mom Dawn.
You do not want to get in the way of a mother’s love, that’s for sure.
While Skip didn’t publically acknowledge Dawn calling him out, she did tweet out a picture of an apparent gift from Undisputed – Skip Bayless’ show.
Not very often you’ll see someone as outspoken as Skip Bayless try to make right, but once again, you do not want to mess with moms.
