The Golden State Warriors completed the sweep over the Cleveland Cavaliers on Friday night, which means we might have just watched LeBron James' final game in a Cavs uniform.
Only King James truly knows where he wants to land next season as fans around the league weigh in with their own opinions, but some players didn’t waste any time on Friday night attempting to recruit the three-time NBA champion.
Enes Kanter has never really been a big fan of LeBron as the two have gotten into each other’s faces on the court many times and have taken shots at each other in media scrums, but that doesn’t mean the New York Knicks big man wouldn’t love to have him on his side.
We know James can end up anywhere this offseason, since just about every team would love to have his services, but we’re going to make a bold call and say that Kanter won’t have what it takes to sway James into moving to New York.
Kanter wasn't the only one who reached out to James after the game as Philadelphia 76ers big man Joel Embiid also chimed in on Twitter.
It's going to be a very interesting summer.
