Johnny Manziel has been the focus of most CFL news in the offseason and it still seems to be up in the air whether he’ll play in the CFL. Carter apparently wants to know as well. He started tweeting at Manziel after one of his latest cryptic tweets and issued a sort of challenge. Plus it appears as if he wants to play DB again.
