After days of reports and rumours about Jason Garrett's future in Dallas, the Cowboys finally made a decision this past weekend to part ways with the man who's been coaching 'America's Team' for basically the entire decade.
It's a decision that's been a long time coming based on Garrett's lack of playoff success (3 playoff appearances, 2-3 record) and it's one that not only fans, but former players are happy about.
Dez Bryant played under two coaches during his tenure in Dallas. Wade Phillips started the 2010 season as the Cowboys' coach, but was replaced by Garrett.
In other words, Dez has more than enough experience with Garrett calling the shots and his words carry a ton of weight with them. Expectations are beyond sky high in Jerry World and Monday, we found out who's shoulders those expectations will now be placed on.
