The Eagle new WR touched down in Philadelphia on Friday after being picked up by the team 10th overall in the 2021 NFL Draft.
While the 22 year old was greeted in Philly with a warm welcome from the team and some fans, he was also greeted by a familiar face. Eagle QB Jalen Hurts was right there for him to welcome him to his new home. His former Alabama teammate dropped the best line once they were finally reunited regarding his appearance.
Hurts and Smith have had a strong relationship with each other after being teammates together for two seasons at Alabama. Prior to the Draft, Hurts opened up about playing with the Eagles new WR back in College.
Hurts stuck around for his first photoshoot as an Eagle and they shared some laughs along the way.
Looks like big things to come from these two!
